Grate half of a medium onion using the smallest holes of a box grater.
Measure two tablespoons of the grated onion. Leave behind any liquid.
Add the ground turkey, Worcestershire sauce, grated onion, salt and pepper to a bowl.
Mix the turkey burger mixture well.
Divide the turkey into four equally portioned balls.
Flatten each ball into a patty.
Line the bottom of your air fryer basket with parchment paper.
Place the turkey burger patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Work in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
Air fryer to patties for about 4 minutes per side at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Flip halfway through cooking.
Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the turkey has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. If they have not, return the patties to the air fryer basket and continue cooking.
Meanwhile, toast the buns. You can toast them in toaster, in a pan with a bit of oil, or wait until your turkey burger patties are done and toast them in the air fryer for 3 minutes at 400 degrees F.
Assemble your burgers with your favorite toppings and serve!
