crispy chicken cutlets

what you'll need

boneless, skinless chicken breasts  egg panko breadcrumbs Italian seasoning olive oil salt pepper lemon

step 1

gather the ingredients for the Italian chicken cutlets

pat the chicken dry very well with paper towels

step 3

add the panko breadcrumbs to one bowl. season with salt, pepper, and Italian spice blend.

step 4

add the beaten egg to a second dish. dip the hicken in the egg mixture and then the breadcrumbs.

step 5

add olive oil to a pan. once shimmering, fry the chicken cutlets on each side until crispy and cooked through,

step 6

taste the chicken for seasoning and serve with fresh lemon wedges and sides of your choice!
